Privacy Policy

Old Schoolhouse Brewery · Version 2026-10-20 · Effective 2026-10-20 (draft)

Who this covers

This policy explains how Old Schoolhouse Brewery ("OSB", "we") handles information in the OSB website, the "Become an OSB Partner" request form and the OSB Wholesale Member Portal. The portal is a business-to-business (B2B) service for licensed retailers, bars, restaurants, distributors and OSB-owned taprooms. It is not intended for consumers or for anyone under 21.

Information we collect

Partner requests: business name, contact name, email, phone, business type, address, liquor license number, beer interests, volume estimates and notes. Accounts: name, company, email, role and a securely hashed password. Orders and invoices: products, quantities, delivery notes, order status, invoice amounts and payment status. Payments: payments are processed by a third-party processor (such as Stripe); we do not store full card or bank numbers. Messages: messages you send to OSB through the portal. Integration data: if your location connects ChefYield (which can use Clover POS sales data), we receive beverage restock events such as item codes, quantities, par levels and location IDs. Food and kitchen data is not accepted. Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, hashed IP addresses for spam and rate limiting, and records of when you agreed to these policies.

How we use it

To review partner requests, create and manage accounts, take and fulfill orders, issue invoices and collect payment, reply to messages, run automatic restocking you have turned on, keep the service secure, comply with Washington State liquor and tax rules, and keep business records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the service (hosting by Cloudflare, payment processing, ChefYield for connected locations, and our web developer Dream Team Consulting), when required by law or by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, or in a sale or reorganization of the business.

Retention

We keep account, order and invoice records as long as your account is active and as long as required for tax and liquor-law recordkeeping. Partner requests that do not become accounts may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and integration secrets are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account was compromised.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version date above will change, and we may ask you to agree again before continuing to use the portal.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
