Terms of Use
Agreement
By creating or using an OSB Wholesale Member Portal account, or by submitting a partner request, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy on behalf of yourself and the business you represent, and you confirm you have authority to do so.
21+ and licensed wholesale only
The portal is for business-to-business alcohol wholesale only. You must be at least 21 years old. Customers must hold, and keep current, any Washington (or other applicable) liquor license required to buy and resell beer, and must provide license details on request. OSB may refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with law. No sales to consumers are made through the portal.
Accounts
Keep your login private and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. OSB may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.
Orders and invoices
Orders are requests until OSB confirms them. Prices, stock and delivery days can change. Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice. Kegs and other returnable containers remain OSB property where stated, and deposits may apply. Transfers to OSB-owned locations are internal and may show $0.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party processor under its own terms. Late or failed payments may lead to holds on future orders.
Messaging
Portal messages are for business communication with OSB. Do not send unlawful, abusive or sensitive personal information (such as card numbers) through messages.
ChefYield integration
If you connect ChefYield, you authorize it to send beverage restock events to OSB, which may create draft or submitted orders depending on your settings. Only beverage items are accepted; food is kept separate. You are responsible for your settings, SKU mappings and par levels, and for reviewing auto-created orders. Keep your webhook secret confidential.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse, attack, scrape or try to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, OSB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability related to the portal is limited to the amounts you paid OSB in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts for Okanogan County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version date above will change, and we may ask you to agree again before continuing.
